Directions:

Lather a small amount in moistened hands and gently massage onto dampened face and neck. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Use in the morning and at night. * Preferably after a Cream or Oil Pre-Cleanser.

Directions:

Massage a generous amount onto moistened face and neck for 30 seconds to 3 minutes, depending on sensitivity. Avoid eye areas. Rinse thoroughly with cool water, then pat dry. Use 2 to 3 times a week.
